About the Artist

Ceci Lopez is an oil painter using mixed media layers to convey the history of the creative process of each piece she creates. Her art merges the colors and textures of both her native home Guatemala and the Pacific Northwest. Nature and wilderness are prevalent in her expression of life and hope for all that is. She uses only the highest quality materials. Her style can be described as expressive abstract realism. Ceci began painting in 2024, and very rapidly she developed a path towards a vibrant artistic career. As an emerging artist, Ceci is an ambitious and prolific artist. Her passion and respect for the art she produces mirrors only her enthusiasm for creative expression. Her paintings are calm and active, dynamic and serene.
